Conventional and ultra-small gold conjugated nanoparticles for immunogold labeling
Our product range is not limited to gold nanoparticles, but also contains a wide choice of gold conjugated antibodies. Here, you can find an extensive range of standard gold nanoparticles conjugated with antibodies of a certain antigenicity specificity. These conventional reagents are available in four size classes, ranging from 6 nm tot 25 nm. However, unique to our company is the range of innovative Ultra-small gold nanoparticles which have far less influence on the adsorbed antibodies or detecting molecules. With these Ultra-small gold nanoparticles, steric hindrance is decreased and the build-up of a structured water dipole layer is less likely. With their average diameter of 0.8 nm or less, these particles can be visualized directly in high angle annular dark-field-scanning TEM, although in general they will be visualized through silver enhancement.
