The objective of the course is to provide researchers with the opportunity to learn the theory and practice of immuno gold labeling. Participants can bring their ready-to-use specimens and primary antibodies, so they can practice and evaluate the labeling on-site under the expert guidance of our product specialists.
The three day course will deal with the theoretical and practical aspects of the most up-to-date methods and applications will be dealt with both for light and electron microscopy.
Preferentially participants work with their own specimens and primary antibodies. This maximizes the applicability and advantages of the Immuno Gold (Silver) Staining technique for each individual participant.
Set up and contents of the Master class are the same as the Immuno Gold (Silver) Staining Workshop, except that registration will be limited to 7 participants, providing ample time for personal attention. The course will provide a broad subject knowledge leading to permanent advantages in terms of time saving and improvements in daily work.
