Aurion BSA-c™, a concentrated buffer additive solution of bovine serum albumin chemically modified by acetylation, has an over 30 years track record of significantly reducing non-specific interactions in immunodetection, not only for microscopy studies and bio-assays such as dot-spot tests but also for immunoblots.
In diagnostic tests Aurion BSA-c™ may be beneficial as an additive for blocking (e.g. pre-incubation of LFIA strips), washing or as an additive to the particular buffers/solutions.
