Following the correct steps in the immunohistochemistry protocol is important to obtain optimal signal to noise ratios. Post-embedding and pre-embedding technique

In immunohistochemistry, the immunogold silver enhancement and staining technique is a good alternative for methods using enzyme markers. A permanent signal will be generated when using ultra-small gold conjugates, BSA-c buffer additive and R-Gent SE-Intense.
