Silver enhancement reagents for immunogold silver staining

The main features of our specially developed R-Gent SE-EM Silver Enhancement reagent are efficiency and homogeneity. The reagent has reduced light sensitivity, so no special precautions are needed. Aurion R-Gent SE-EM is well-suited for pre-embedding immunogold silver staining due to its low viscosity. Moreover, these silver reagents have been extensively tested for use with Aurion’s ultra-small immunogold reagents to ensure optimal results. The R-Gent SE-Intense Silver Enhancement kit will generate a brown to black signal that can be combined with most common counterstaining techniques like H&E or nuclear fast red. The use of reflected light microscopy will increase the sensitivity of detection of the immunogold silver staining method. Do you want to elaborate more on the technique?
